Bill Gates to receive Boy Scouts’ highest honor


SEATTLE -- On Tuesday, Bill Gates will receive the Boy Scouts of America's highest honor.

The Chief Seattle Council is giving the Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist the Silver Buffalo, which recognizes individuals for extraordinary community service...

Previous recipients include Colin Powell, Walt Disney, Bob Hope and fourteen U.S. presidents.

Boy Scouts Reaching Out for New Recruits

A part of American history turns 100 this year, and the celebration is still going on in Western Washington. The Boy Scouts of America just hit the century mark, and right now thousands of boys--and girls--are changing the face of this organization.
